WORLD RECORD::: 96-YEAR-OLD SPRINTER SETS new RECORDS and REVEALS the secrets of his SUCCESS

A 96-year-old sprinter has moved back the years by setting another British record in the 100 and 200 meters.

Dr Charles Eugster ran the 100m in 23.78 seconds in the M-95 (guys matured 95 or over) class at the
British Masters at Alexander Stadium, Birmingham, on Saturday July 25.

He then took after that up with a record-softening 57.27 seconds up the 200m on the Sunday - 0.8 seconds speedier than his time a year ago.

The high-octane OAP as of now holds the world record in the M-95 class for 200m inside, which he set at the British Masters Championships in Lee Valley recently and bettered in Poland at the European Championships.
